starter是可以被项目直接依赖然后提供特定服务的组件，提供服务的方式是starter项目提供一组项目依赖，引入依赖后即可使用其提供的服务。
对于starter命名有一个约定，spring官方的starter命名方式是spring-boot-starter-xxx，第三方出的starter应该是xxx-spring-boot-starter。
